By placing an order or requesting specific items, you are confirming you have read these terms and conditions and agree to the rules of trade stated.
Most items advertised for sale on this website are made to order and not held in stock.
Some of the items are held in stock or are available to the customer within 24 hours of an order being placed. Each item for sale will show whether it is a stock item or made to order, along with an estimated turnaround time.
When submitting an order, you must be resident in the UK, provide a UK postal address for your item(s) to be delivered to and be aged 18 or over.
All order forms must be completed correctly to include your full name, address, postcode and a contact telephone number. Any orders not completed correctly and containing all of the relevant information will result in your order being rejected until all fields are completed in full.
I do not pass any customer details on to a third party in any circumstance except for the payment processor (in this case PayPal) or any relevant shipping company (Royal Mail or courier) in which case it will only be your name and shipping address for delivery purposes.
Your details will not be passed on to anyone else or used for any kind of marketing.
All orders must be paid in full at the time of placing, regardless of whether the item is in stock, made to order or a custom piece.
All prices shown on the website include any relevant taxes, fees or charges excluding delivery. Delivery charges are clearly shown at the checkout before order completion and vary depending on the size and weight of the items ordered and the delivery service used.
Colours and sizes may vary slightly from the photographs on the website without prior warning. Please consider colour variation or your device screen.
All items have approximate sizes shown in the item description. As most of the items are hand cut, hand sewn and assembled by hand, some slight variation may occur and each item will be unique.
All items are sold as decorative. They are not toys and not suitable for unsupervised use by children. Some items may pose a choking hazard, have a sharp point present or any other risk to small children. Advice for each item will be shown in the description and be present on the packaging when delivered.
Payment for orders can be made by Paypal, Credit Card and Debit Card (via PayPal), all of which are processed securely by PayPal. At no point do I have access to your card details.
You can also contact us me you wish to make a payment by Internet Banking.
I aim to have the majority of orders to the customer within 7-10 days, but delivery can take up to 28 days. When ordering a custom item, you will be advised of the delivery time when ordering. Most items have an estimated delivery time shown in the item description. Please feel free to email and request delivery information at any time.
At busy times, orders may take longer. Please also be aware that the order book will have set closure dates before Easter, Christmas etc to keep up with demand.
All items are shipped out by a recorded method (selectable at the checkout) and tracking details are added to your PayPal transaction page when dispatched.
I adhere to all terms in the 2014 Consumer Contracts Regulations. When buying from me, you have 7 days from receiving your items to change your mind and contact me in writing before returning them. They should be unopened, unused and in their original condition. The buyer pays all return costs. Returned items must be sent back by a recorded service as proof of postage. I can not be held responsible for returned items which get lost. To return an item you must contact me first for full return details. Full refunds, including original postage, are made for returned items. Refunds are made by the original payment method.
If an item is faulty, please contact me immediately.
No refunds can be made on items which have been custom made, personalised or made to your specification.
